The funds from the Gov’t of United Kingdom to support Girl Child Education is in its first phase of implementation Country-wide. Each Girl receiving about 4,100 SSP. Girls in the Country face increased social and cultural pressure to drop out of school to enter employment or to get married.
This poor educational outcome have a negative effect on South Sudan’s economy and increase levels of inequity. In the implementation, Vision Academy has successfully distributed the cash meant for this project. Vission Academy is calling up on all willing partners to support Girl Child Education in the most affected war tone region of Upper Nile where most of the schools were destroyed leaving education sector behind the race.
Vision Academy is one of the Schools struggling with it's operations in Malakal since the 5 year now Civil War started making it harder for students to continue with their educational dreams especially girls.
Vision Academy has brought asuring hopes to both Communities in Town and POC because of its SSCSE Registration No. recognized by the Ministry of Education as Examinations Centre.
